Returns and Exchanges:

ChiChi quality is unsurpassed, yet if for any reason you desire to exchange or return a purchase, we have simple policies for you to follow. Here's how it works:

1. Simply call our toll free number 1-800-567-7767. A representative will provide you with either an exchange authorization number or a return authorization number, as well as the address where the product is to be returned. We allow up to two weeks from date of purchase, for you to contact us regarding a return or exchange.
2. On the package containing the item you are returning or exchanging, write clearly the 'RA or EA' number provided. Also make sure to include your return address on both the outside and inside of the package.
3. Send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable carrier, to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
4. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase only. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

In order to meet health regulations and for your protection, to qualify for an exchange or return, ChiChi garments must meet the following criteria: The product must be new and unused and must not be briefs, thongs, panties, or other intimate apparel.
